Jeff,
I was shocked and saddened by the sudden news. I just received word about Geralyn's passing, and my deepest sympathies and prayers are with you and your family. I will always remember your wife as being vibrant, fun-loving and energetic. I worked so many years side by side with her at Dreyer Medical, and I will truly cherish all of our memories together. She had a powerful personality and I know she had a wonderful influence on peoples lives and will be deeply missed.

Jeff, Matt, and Greg: I did not get a chance at the funeral to express my thoughts to you about Geralyn. Shortly after I started working for Geralyn in 2001, my son was hit in a crosswalk on his way to school. For months afterward, my schedule was always changing due to doctor visits and tending to my son. It was never a problem for Geralyn, even though it meant she had to pick up the slack or reassign work. When I restarted working for the company this past May, I was trying to balance work with going to school full-time. Requests for a day off due to an upcoming exam were always met with understanding and encouragement. During all of these circumstances, it was apparent in a huge way that the business was secondary to Geralyn while myself and my family were the primary concern...rare in today's world. She genuinely cared about the people who worked for her and it was wonderful to be one of those people. I will miss her and think of her always with love and fondness.

I went to school with Geralyn and in the past several summers would run in to her on Friday nights at Downtown Alive where we spent mcuh time talking. She was so full of life and so much fun to be around.

GERALYN was as unique as her name. A ray of sunshine in this often gloomy world. A fun loving free spirit, so dedicated to her friends and family. She is gone far too soon, but will live in our hearts forever. Surely there are bike trails, golf courses, rivers and lakes in Heaven. (maybe even a martini bar!) Life as we know it is now forever changed, but our lives were truly made better by having had Geralyn in them.

I will never forget you Aunt Geralyn. You did a lot of wonderful things with me and my sisters. I still remember all six movies we went to see, the bike rides and hikes we went on and the gifts you have given me over the 15 wonderful years I have known you. I sill hear your gentle, loving voice. "Hello, how you doing." or "You're welcome and I love you, too." is what you would always say to me. When you took me golfing in 2003 I had a lot of fun, even though I lost 40 to 60. You were a great golfer, and taught me many techniques. You loved to play cards and games, such as Tripoly. Whenever I play those games I will always remember you. I will continue to do all those healthy hobbies and habbits in life, just as you would of done if you was still here. I love you tons, and will never forget you. I will see you soon in heaven.
With lots of love from your nephew,
Ashley Gladis

Aunt Geralyn was a truly amazing person, who meant the world to me. She took me (and my siblings) to movies, out to eat, and shopping for our birthdays, and took us biking and hiking during the summer. She was always looking out for me. I will forever remember everything she did with me, and I will never forget her.
I love Aunt Gerlayn; always have and always will,
