David Napoleon
October 20, 2025
My name is David Napoleon. I practice law in New Orleans. I met the Judge in the summer of 1996 when I clerked at the Orleans DA's office while he was sitting ad hoc. I remember the conversations we had and he made a lasting impression on me. I felt very privileged having had the opportunity to have met such a fine scholar and gentleman. Im sure I ll having the opportunity to reconnect with him in glory. May God Bless his beautiful family.
