Mike Polizzi, beloved husband of Rose nee, Granato; loving father of Vincent (Tanis), Phillip (Janice) and Andrew (Kathy); cherished grandfather of seven; great-grandfather of two; dear brother of Agata (Salvatore) Galluzzo and the late Mary (Attilio) Fiumetto; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Funeral Wednesday, from The Montclair-Lucania Funeral Home, 6901 W. Belmont Ave., to St. Juliana Church. Mass 10 a.m. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday, 3 to 9 p.m. 773-622-9300.

So sorry to see that Mike has passed. I remember the whole family from our old neighborhood Cleveland Avenue. It’s been years but I still think of godmother Rose and the three boys. My heart and prayers are with you. Love, Karen Giovanni (Levatino)

I thought I'd check on you and Mom. I hope she's doing good and the 2 of you are playing cards and talking and laughing. Wish you had a chance to see Alexis , I know you would have gone crazy for her same with Christian. Miss you both. I LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU
