Robert R. ''Bob'' Jameson, of Joliet, passed away Monday, Jan. 30, 2006 after his three year courageous battle with cancer, age 47, survived by his loving and devoted wife, Sharon L. Jameson, nee Huston; father to Anna and Zachary Jameson, who he loved and cherished with all his heart; his father, David S. Jameson; six brothers, David (Karen), Joseph (Debbie), Richard (Bonnie), Roger (Donna), John (late Marlene) and Steve (Terry) Jameson; his mother-in-law, Geraldine M. Huston; four sisters-in-law, Georgia Geske, Susan Huston, Cindy (Kenny Chinderle) Huston and Judy (Richard) Martino. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephew, great-nieces and many close friends that Bob considered his extended family. Preceded in death by his mother, Margaret G. Jameson (1993) and his father-in-law, Melvin D. Huston. Graduate of Romeoville High School Class of 1977. member of the I.B.E.W. Local 176 for the past 26 years, famously known as ''Big Job Bob''. Bob's passion in life was his wife and children and his love of skiing. He was a meticulous perfectionist when he was involved with woodworking, carpentry or projects around his family home. Bob has now joined his dear friends, Don Forrest and Jon Yack on the ski slopes of heaven. Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, Feb. 2 at 10 a.m. at St. Jude Catholic Church, Joliet. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Cancer Research Foundation of America or the Diabetes Association will be appreciated.
