Richard Collins Obituary
Richard L. "Dickie" Collins, 79, passed away on July 2, 2022.
Funeral service will be 1 pm Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at Keplinger Funeral Home, 509 N. High St. Hartford City with Pastor Troy Kaufman officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory in Muncie, IN.
Visitation will be from 11 am to 1 pm Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at Keplinger Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the Marion Animal Care and Control, 1021 East State Road 18, Marion, IN 46952
