Bill was a great man, part of the Richter Real Estate extended family and my neighbor for many years on College Park. His involvement in any situation always meant the event would be full of laughter and enjoyment. I knew Bill for 40 years and was unaware of his accomplishments during the War (such humility is so typical and amazing of this greatest generation) and I am sorry that I didn't get the chance to thank him for protecting us and keeping our country strong.

My deepest condolences go out to his children & the entire Buckley family. He will be missed.
