I´m so sorry to hear of Bob´s passing. He was supportive and active in our local Webb alumni events. I enjoyed hearing his stories from the old Webb campus and the search for the "new" one. I´ll miss his smile and hearty laugh. :-)

Bob was one of the most kind, warm and engaging men I knew. Bob always had an infectious smile and friendly attitude. I loved seeing him at St. Andrew's. I will truly miss Bob as will all. Heaven is a better place with him.

It had been years . . . nonetheless, seeing the beaming countenance of Bob Kelly, figuratively flooded: yesterday once more. Such was the richness of his friendship.
Heartfelt condolences to the Kelly family on the homegoing of this so very estimable man.

I have never heard of or known a man of such broad accomplishment. I understand that Einstein said of Ghandi "It is hard to believe that such a man walked the earth." But we all know that he did, those fortunate enough to have known Bob.
I remember Bob as the friendliest most out going person I have ever met and I'm sure that many others feel the same way too.
I had no idea about his supreme accomplishments in science and engineering and his high achievements and positions in those areas.
Finally I would say to and of Bob that he was an Uber-Renaissance man and that the world is a less friendly place without you. Thank you Bob for being you!
Regards to all your family and friends,
David Alexick
