Hezekiah and family,
I did not know Mrs. Frazier, but I have known Hezekiah from the days at Williamsburg Fire Department beginning in the early 1970s. I have heard that Mrs. Frazier was a wonderful, spiritual, God fearing, blessed woman and mother. Now, that's something to talk about and tell people. I am so sorry for your lost. May the legacy and fond memories of Mrs. Frazier bring you comfort and peace about the full life she lived.
Be encouraged and blessed.
