Edward Shelly Obituary
Rochester: Wednesday, June 6, 2007, at age 84. Predeceased by his brothers and sisters, William, Catharine, Francis, Theresa, Mary, John, and Helen. Survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Rosemary A. Shelly; his children, Edward (Marjorie) Shelly, Katie (John) Butler, William (Kathleen) Shelly, Mary (Christopher) Haller, John Shelly, and Alice (Gregory) Van Zile; grandchildren, Jason, Peter, Devin, Courtney and Conor Shelly, Sean Butler, Emily, Melissa, Christopher, and Molly Haller, and Shelly and Shannon Van Zile; and sister, A. Mildred Parmelee. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and special friends. Edward was a retiree of Rochester Products after 36 ½ years.
Friends may call Wednesday, 2-4, 7-9 P.M. at the funeral home of ALVAH HALLORAN & SON, 2125 Chili Ave. Funeral Mass, Thursday, 10 A.M. at St. Monica's Church. Interment, St. Michael's Cemetery, Shelly Rd. in Livonia. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Strong Memorial Hospital or the American Diabetes Association.
