Please accept our condolences to the Weaver family. Jim was such a big part of our early lives and we will miss him dearly. Sorry we did not come to the funeral, we did not find out until after that date. We will cherish our memories of him and all of the fun times we had.

Jim Weaver was a special person, he was fun to be around and would make a bad situation better . I worked with Jim for a long time and was amazed at the guys from Park making it to work in the worst weather. He loved his family and will be missed I am sure. My condolences to the family. Les Seely

During the mid80s. Father Carley rounded up a group of us volunteers to create some beautiful gardens around the old St Mary's Chapel. While many volunteered to help plant, it was Jim I could always count on to help me haul large bushes around or fix a leak in the irrigation. We would sit on the stairs of old St Mary's and watch Old Town in the heat of a slow summer day. Jim always had a story and enjoyed a good laugh. Life was slow and we soaked it in. Dick Olsen would invariably happen along and steal Jim away to help a neighbor or widow. The Weave as he was fondly called continued to lend a hand as he could as he aged. He was an Old Town Treasure.
