Captain Charles W. Langloss Nebraska State Patrol. Ret in 1988 and worked with Jim in the Iowa Motor Carrier Safety Safety Assistance Program (MCSAP). Came to Iowa with the Federal Highway Administration in 1989 to 1995. He was an outstanding Officer. We shall all miss him. My sympathy and prayers are with you and the family.
