Donna Jayne Noeske

Noeske Donna Jayne Noeske (Woodhouse), age 64, of Gahanna, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2015 surrounded by family. Donna was born and raised in Peru, Indiana, daughter of the late Donald and Mary Woodhouse. Donna retired from Mount Carmel East Hospital in 2014 where she provided support services in the radiology department. She was a kindhearted, thoughtful and giving woman who enjoyed sewing and reading in her spare time. She was a member of New Life Church, Gahanna, and also was the founder of the non-profit, A Touch of Comfort, an organization that provides handmade comfort items to cancer patients and veterans along with others in need. Because she had such a tremendous love for her family and friends, Donna will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her. She is survived by her children, Tracy (Todd) Muth and Jonathan Noeske; grandchildren, Ashleigh (Seth) Spurlock and Amanda Muth; brothers, Stephen (Patty) Woodhouse and Ben Woodhouse; niece, Amber (Scott) Russell; great niece, Emilei; and many other extended family members and dear friends. A celebration honoring Donna's life will be held from 5-7 p.m. Sunday, August 16, 2015 at New Life Church, 3690 N. Stygler Rd. Burial to be held at Mount Hope Cemetery in Peru Indiana at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to A Touch of Comfort, P.O. Box 307258, Gahanna, Ohio 43230.
