In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

Be Still
Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.
Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.
If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

I was glad I got to see Larry at his daughter (Christy's) Army retirement ceremony in TX last year. He was so proud of all she has accomplished. It was good to catch up on old times.
Our family sends our condolences to his family. I will keep you all in my thoughts and Prayers. An extra Prayer goes out to Christy and Larry ( Bo Bo). God Bless

Ruth,
I was shocked and very saddened to read about Link. I am so very grateful that I got to see him and meet you at Cecil and Betty's. When I met him we were 13 years old and I always thought of him as a dear friend. I am so sorry. Love, Connie
