Dear Quinn Family,
No words can ever begin to express the sorrow I feel for you all at this unimaginable time. I cannot imagine the pain and sorrow you are feeling. My heart breaks for you. Of all the children I have taught over my 20 year career, Xavier has always stood out in my heart and soul as a true shining star. I loved his ambition and drive and heart and smile. We, the families of The Compassionate Friends, send you our heartfelt condolences. The Compassionate Friends is an international grief support group for parents, grandparents and siblings who have suffered the heartbreaking loss of a child. Our only mission is to provide comfort, hope and support to every family experiencing the death of a son or daughter, brother or sister, or grandchild, and to help others better assist the grieving family. We meet twice monthly in Columbus from 7-9 PM on the second Tuesday and 2-4 PM on the fourth Sunday at Ascension Lutheran Church, 1479 Morse Road, Columbus, Ohio 43229. On behalf of the students, faculty, administration, parents, and alumni of Saint Francis DeSales please accept my deepest condolences for the loss of Xavier.
Our school family has been blessed to be an extension of your beautiful family. Xavier had already made a lasting and impactful impression on all who were able to work side by side with him. Be assured that his memory and positive legacy will live on through the love of those whom he loved. While far, far too short we will offer a prayer of Thanksgiving that he touched our lives.
