Betty spent many weeks that turned into years teaching me sign language 40 years ago. Monday nights at 7 PM was our meeting time if I recall correctly. I loved those long-haired dachshunds of theirs. She taught me to have faith in the power of young people through the giving of her time to me. I will miss her!

Betty, our lives will not be the same without you because you were such a kind, loving, and gracious lady and you had such a zest for life. Along with your family and many friends, I will really miss you and your sense of humor. Whenever I saw you it was such a good and happy day.
