Clarence "Lynn" Devoti, 73, of Chuckey, passed away Thursday.
He was a retired floor specialist from High Tech Industries.
Lynn was an avid Dale Earnhardt NASCAR fan, and his favorite hobby was competing in pool tournaments. He also enjoyed watching WWE wrestling. Lynn never met a stranger and was always willing to help anyone he could. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends.
Lynn is survived by his daughters: Lynette (Brian) Wagers of Afton, Ivy (Amber) Devoti and Amanda (Matt) Kohl, all of Greeneville; his grandchildren: Brandon (Alysia) Rhodes, LaShea Rhodes, Cody (Elizabeth) Wagers, Zachary Wagers, Ethan Wagers, Jaron Early, and Zoey Kohl; his great-grandchildren: Ella Grace Rhodes, Eli Rush, Thomas Landers, Olivia Wagers, Jackson Berg, and Jeremiah Early; his sister: Sue (Bobby) Seaton; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; special friends, Tyler Sturm, Kyle Knight, Toddy Russell, Kerry Freshour, Dennis McIntosh, Janie Haire; and his special fur baby: Basil.
He was preceded in death by his wife: Vicky Devoti, his parents: John and Martha Devoti, and his sister: Donna Freshour.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Thursday and Friday at Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be Friday at 7 p.m. in Doughty-Stevens Chapel with the Rev. Brian Wagers officiating.
The graveside service will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Shiloh Cemetery.
Pallbearers will include grandsons and special friends.
Honorary pallbearers will include Steve Ball, Steven Ball, and Bobby Seaton.
