I didn't know Bill as an adult, but he was one of my two best boyhood buddies. The three of us spent hours and hours together, exploring the neighborhood, riding our

bikes, splashing in Holland Brook, playing tag, playing baseball, playing army, and sledding in the cow pasture in the winter. I'll still have those memories of what

seems now like an idyllic childhood, but they won't be the same.

I hope my son has a friend as good when he gets a little older. I'm very sorry to know that Bill's gone, and I want to express my deepest sympathies to his family

and friends.

I was very sorry to hear about the passing of Billy Jr. He was my stepbrother and I have alot of fond memories of him when I was younger. He and my stepfather Bill tried to teach my brother and I how to ski. He was very patient and supportive. Although I never became I skier I have the memory to look back on. I fell out of touch with him over the years, and we met up again unfortunately at the passing of his father. It had been nice to see him after many years. I want to express my heartfelt sympathy to his family. Sincerely yours. Cindi J. Sahlberg

I am very sorry to hear about Bill's passing. I knew Bill from Sunday night bowling. He was a very special person and he always greeted me with a smile and a hello. I will miss him and my prayers go out to the family.

Sincerely
