Dear Hanson Family:
I am so saddened to hear of your loss. I will never forget David's beautiful smile. David and my Dad are undoubtedly in heaven talking and laughing about the office scoop at Crown Plumbing.
Sincerely,
Kelli Lieberman-Gohlke

Dear Hanson Family,
Our loss is as real as David's gain. Our memories of good times and good friends help make us who we are. I pray that God's consolation will be with you in the months and years to come.

I met David through Special Olympics. He always had a big-hearted smile for everyone and that is how I will always remember him. I know he loved Austin very much and he will be missed by many.

I remember the day I met David at Mike and Mitch’s house before he moved to Katy. Mann Hayes had created a larger than life image of David’s baseball talent, and he pretty much lived up to it the following 10 years at Katy. I last saw him when he bought breakfast for Donnie Bohmfalk and me in Dallas 3 years ago. We had a nice visit talking about old times. Now that I have teenagers in school, I tell our good friend Jane, who is always there for the kids in every church and school activity, that she is the Mrs. Hanson of Bedford. Mr. and Mrs. Hanson, my thoughts are with you, Austin and the rest of your family in your loss.

To the Hanson family. We will keep you in our prayers. We did not know of a finer young man. I had Davey in little league football in the 5th & 6th grade and then watched him all the way through school. I know that he will be missed very
much by all who knew him. Words can't really express how sorrowful we are for all of the family left behind. He came from a family that we had and have great respect for.
Davey, we will see you again when the Lord takes all of His Children Home. What a blessed time that will be. In the meantime, we will never forget you. May the Lord richly bless your family, and may God be with each one of them. We love you, Davey. You are not dead, but just have changed residences for a much better one with Jesus Christ, your Lord and Savior.

I've known David since our days together playing football and baseball @ KHS. He was a good friend of mine then and will always hold a special place in my memories. I'm sorry I couldn't stay longer last night, but the overwhelming support from all of David's friends was evident in the large congregation of people. God Bless you.

I know times are very hard and painful now, but just know that David's passing will be easier for him knowing that everyone he loves is happy for him because he is finally free. Let him go; after all it's only for a short while, before we will see him again. Patti, being a mother, it's probably hardest on you. You will take on anyone else's problem, and never bat an eye. You are surrounded by friends and family in your time of grief. Please let us be a friend to you, and hand some of your troubles over. It seems that you don't want to bother anyone with your needs or troubles, but anyone of us would be privileged to help you and your family through. Let us give a little bit back to you and yours, Patti. Call anyone of us to take care of you all a little bit.
We love you and your family for the great people you are.

My very special thoughts and prayers are with you all. I have so often thought of all the fun times. David was a big part of that great time in my life. That handsome smile and infectious laugh is what I will hold on to and remember most. Love you guys.

Although we had not spoken in years, David was a vivid memory always. Catching his fastball and curve in the "old days" was my greatest memory. He was the "leader" we looked to for the big play. To Patty and David, you are in our prayers! Rest in peace brother.

David will be missed. He brought fun and happiness to many and could do it with just his smile:)
You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
God bless you.
