To the Keating family,
Getting to know Mr. Keating through his recently departed lifetime friend, Bill Sullivan, was a privilege and an honor. His monthly calls to the office and our life conversations will be missed, but more than that, Mr. Keating kept the memory of my friend Mr. Sullivan alive. Both are now reunited, sitting talking about Navy stories and childhood memories. My thoughts and prayers are with the Keating family. A true gentleman, a kind heart, a wonderful man and I was proud to know him.

Dear Eva, Nina and Pierce,
Kate and I were sorry to learn this morning of the passing of your beloved father. My own father was a union carpenter and occasionally worked on some of your dad's projects. He always had good things to say about him.
Please be assured of our prayers and thoughts as you contend with your devastating loss.
