RAMONA SANTOS SANCHEZ

Ramona Sanchez, 83, of El Centro passed away Friday, May 2, 2014.
She was born April 27, 1931 in Ameca, Jalisco, Mexico and was later married to Manuel Antonio Sanchez on June 6, 1961 in El Centro.
Visitation will take place Wednesday, May 14 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Hems Brothers Mortuary in El Centro. Mass will commence at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 15 at St. Mary's Church in El Centro with Father Mark Edney officiating. Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery in Calexico.
Ramona is survived by her husband, Manuel O. Sanchez of Heber; children, Mike S. Gawat of Imperial, Andrea S. Bird of San Diego, Maria Isabel Sanchez of El Centro, Salvador S. Sanchez of Heber, Edna S. Ochoa of Palm Desert, Maria Lourdes Ketchel of Chula Vista, Evangelina S. White of Imperial Beach, Raymond S. Sanchez of Heber, Marisol S. De Lira of Imperial, Ralph D. Sanchez of Imperial Beach and Gloria S. Lopez of San Ysidro.
