Truly saddened at the loss of such a profound hero and advocate for military personnel and veterans. It was an honor to work with him, albeit briefly, on the Major General Boyd Cook Memorial Foundation. Bran's energy and passion left a great example for those younger! He is deeply missed.

I had the privilege of working with Bran at the Consumer Product Safety Commission. He was one of the most personable, honorable and respected people I have known. He was devoted to his family, country and community and worked tirelessly to improve the welfare of all he knew, particularly the young and military veterans. He had a great sense of humor and was so proud of his Irish heritage. My sincere condolences to Carolyn and his family. Rest in peace my dear friend.
