Wilford Fields Obituary
Wilford is survived by his daughters, Jessica (Taylor) Brockman and Lynn (Matt) Mattingly; grandchildren, Conner and Tanner Brockman, Erica and Ella Mattingly; a brother, Gary (Kathy) Fields; sisters, Brenda (Frank) Stallings, Wanda (James) Gilpin, and Rita (Steve) Smith; many loving nieces, nephews, and special friends Joe Nalley, Roger Anderson, and his beloved dog TJ.
Many memories were shared with lifelong friends Daisy Pugh and Joan Godbey.
Wilford was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend to everyone.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary Beatrice Fields and Marvin (Buddy) Fields, and his infant brother Keith Fields.
The family would like to extend their sincerest gratitude toward Hospice of Nelson County and Father Kien of St. Gregory Catholic Church for their loving care and support during his final days.
At his request, no service will be held.
