Sorry we could not be there, love you all. I loved Quinn, he was like a brother to me.

Tina, I appreciated your call about Uncle Quinn. I feel a deep loss
now. Uncle Quinn was so kind and helpful to me when my dad
passed away. When Uncle Quinn and Aunt Ellen came to
Cleveland, Ga. where we live, I drove the both of them to see
my Dad when he was in the V.A. hospital in Atlanta. I remember
Uncle Quinn was with him and he cried. I knew it hurt him and
I appreciated the love he had for him. Uncle Quinn as well as
Aunt Ellen were very special people. I'm blessed and a better
person because of their love. I want all of your family to know
I am deeply sorry for you and your family's loss. I love all of you
and pray for God's love and peace to be with you. Mom and
my brothers and sisters will be praying for you all. Love,
Arlene Stells (Cleveland, GA.)

To: My Dale Family- Jeff Dale (Debbie & Family) - Hoagie Dale (Teresa & Family) - Nina Fahrer Dale(Bruce & Family) - Tina Schooley Dale (William & Family) & All Other Dale Family.

From: Cousin Presley Dale

I am so sorry for your loss of your father(Uncle Quinn) at this time.
Also Aunt Ellen a few years back, which unfortanatley I did not find out about
her passing until earlier this year. With that being said, I am so sorry I was unable to be there for you in your passing & time of need.
I remember the time when I was just a kid & Uncle Quin was across the hiway
from the old barn in the garden, & Aunt Ellen took me by my hand & crossed the hiway to where Uncle Quinn was in the garden & we all picked a few tomatoes and okra. We then came back across the hiway back to the house, & that is what we had for dinner that night (fried okra & fried green tomatoe's)with nice other things with it as well. It seems so long ago that I still remember that and going swimming with you guys as well. I had so much fun.
It ment a lot to me when Rick & I lost our Dad Othar, Your Dad & Mom came down before and during our passing of our Father. I want you to know just how much that really ment to me Then and Now.
When I visited you guys about 12 years ago or so, I want you to know how proud your Dad & Mom was of all of you in your own and individual personal ways and about your family's. Your Dad just could not stop bragging on each and every one of you(Tina,Nina,Jeff, & Hoggie). It made me really feel so good that here is a Father like My Father that really loves his kids.
May that feeling of ( Uncle Quinn ) & ( Aunt Ellen's) love for you guys live through you & for Family's to come.

God Bless all of you( Nina,Tina,Hoggie,Jeff & Family)
Your Cousin,
Presley Dale - Atalnta,Ga.

We always liked Quinn. He was fun to talk to and had a strong political view that we got a kick out of hearing. My husband, Jack seemed to run into him more than I did and he would come home and tell me their conversation. It always made me smile. He is with Ellen now and more importantly with Jesus. :) (We will certainly help the FHS and know that is a great cause!) Sympathies to the entire family. We are truly sorry for your loss.

Our hearts go out to you all. Quinn was quite the character. We will miss seeing him at family gatherings. His southern charm, quick wit and onriness will be remembered.

I was sorry to hear about the loss of your father. I only met him one time. He would be talking to Howard on the phone and he would always have a joke to tell. Howard talked about him and Ellen a lot. I know you all will miss him, but he is with Ellen now. God Bless you all.

So sorry for your loss to all you guys. I think Jeff and I crashed about every vehicle his Dad owned...except for that white bel aire wagon with the woodgrain sides(the tank)...remember taking a few rides to the "chuck wagon" in the rumble seat turned around facing backwards...good times good times..
