Shane Dennis Obituary
SUGAR GROVE: Shane Matthew Dennis, 36, passed away on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at his home. He was born on February 22, 1978 to Gary and Connie (Tigner) Dennis. Shane enjoyed watching Ohio State sports and Reds Baseball. He coached for the Berne Twp. Baseball and Softball Association (BTBSA). Shane is survived by wife, Rebekka; children, Austin and Naomi; parents, Gary and Connie; brother, Nathan (Amber) Dennis; step-children, Gabrielle, Layne, and James; niece, Morgan Dennis; nephew, Conner Dennis; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Shane was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harold and Joan Dennis and Harvey and Anna Tigner; cousin, Brent Watts.
Funeral service will be Thursday, January 8, 2015 at 10:30 AM at Victory Hill Church, 4000 Coonpath Road, Carroll, Ohio with Pastor Timothy Teague officiating. Burial to follow at Stukey Cemetery in Sugar Grove. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 7 from 2-4 PM & 6-8 PM at SHERIDAN FUNERAL HOME.
Memorial contributions may be made to BTBSA or to Berne Union Band Boosters in memory of Shane.
