Dorothy and family of the late Alan Smith would like to thank friends and relatives for their
expressions of sympathy following the recent sad loss of Alan; and for all the cards of condolence
and generous donations received.
Special thank you to all staff on Rookwood B Ward, Chorley Hospital for their care and support during Alan's illness. Thanks also to Revd David Anderson for his kind ministrations and to Nick Houghton of William Houghton Funeral Directors for his
dignified funeral arrangements.
