I first met Allen back in 2006 at Rackspace. Early in my career, he taught me so much about navigating projects and corporate america. Not to mention we also connected deeply on our past competitive swimming. My condolences to his family. I am truly grateful to have had his influence in my life.

I was really saddened to hear about Allen. I didn't know him well, but I really enjoyed the brief time I got to know him. Allen always added light with a smile and a joke. He talked about his kids often, and you could feel how much his family meant to him. Allen was a really great person and will be missed by everyone.

I am so sad to hear of Allen's passing. We met when I joined Rackspace in 2020. We met a few times a week until about a year ago. I always knew Allen to be very funny and witty and he always talked about his sons and grandson. So sorry to see you go. You will be missed.

This is quite the shock. I first met Allen in 2005 when I was hired to work at Farm Bureau Bank. We worked together for nearly two years, and I always tell the story of how he saved me when I accidentally deleted an entire directory in our Production file server! Allen and I worked at Rackspace later in our careers, and he has always been an amazing person. He will be missed dearly.

I met Allen (virtually) when I started at Rackspace 3 yrs ago. He was quick to offer a joke, and always made me laugh. He was authentic, kind and willing to help out and he must have loved chocolate chip cookies, cause he was always willing to work for cookies! Rest easy my friend.

Allen was such the sweetest. He was the happiest PM I ever met. I always loved seeing his big smile around the office. The world has truly lost a wonderful man.

Working together on our first project. I was a presales architect and Allen was my PM. Never mind the flawless execution of the project, I want to highlight how he always made every single person on that call feel appreciated.

I met Allen working at Rackspace, despite never having worked with him directly. Allen sat in an area that I walked by every morning to get to my desk, and we would regularly say hello. Eventually the hellos evolved into longer chitchats and comical banter (he the funny one, not I). On one occasion I made a lighthearted mention about being in Internal Audit and no one wanting to meet with me. He jokingly turned that around to himself and said that I could avoid meeting with him instead. So that became the recurring joke, me always saying hello and saying I´d do my best to avoid him that day. And Allen promising me that was OK. I am so fortunate to have met Allen and he will be truly missed.

Allen had so many gifts and that smile!! He had a way of listening and friendliness and empathy, humor, that will stay with me forever and I imagine everyone who knew him would say the same. He shared his love and pride he had for Gage and Austin with coworkers often. In his job, he was one of the best project or program managers I´ve ever worked with. He´s the one I always wanted on my projects. One of th e best and kindest I will ever know

Allen was the best, truly a "give you the shirt off his back" person. Nothing made him happier than chatting with a friend and sharing the latest about his grandbaby. Every interaction with Allen made your day better, he will be missed.

Allen is a true gem. One of the most genuine and kind hearted people I have come to know. I'll cherish many deep conversations I had with him on Padre Island National Seashore. I know his attitude and way of thinking had a positive impact on many people and his legacy will live on through that influence. Rest in peace my friend.

I collaborated on a few projects at Rackspace with Allen and always looked forward to those projects. He was super easy to work with, respectful, and made the day better by sharing the same space with him. That smile will always be how I remember Allen.

Picking a single fond memory is absolutely and utterly impossible. Sharing a likely once in a lifetime experience with you and seeing the Stanley Cup in person is definitely a crazy highlight though man. Words can´t sum up how much you´re missed already. Love you bro
