I would like to send my heartfelt sympathy to the entire Danaher family. I only know Marie, Brendan's sister, but I know the loss will be so incredibly painful. Brendan is now with God and out of pain. From Marie, I know he was loved so dearly. The Hopekeepers Group prayed for Brendan and will continue to pray for your family.

Emily, Terese and Bob and all my cousins, my thoughts and my heart are with you all. Brendan is whole and happy in the arms of the Lord. Even though I had not seen him for years, I know by all the memories and comments from his friends, that he was loved by so many here on earth. Now, he is in heaven with many of our loved ones and sharing the best love there is in the peace of the Lord.
Love, Aunt Barbara

Emily, my deepest condolences. Brendan, aka Yogurt, and I were in Afghanistan together. He was one of the most resolute soldiers I have served with. No task too hard, no bridge too far. I'm glad his last full measure of devotion was with family and that his pain is gone. I wish you the best in your darkest hour and if ever need a friend or want to talk I'm here. Marc Aka Mad Dog.

Brendan, I am still at a loss for words, sitting here I think back to all the crazy times we had in the barracks and on rotation in the box. We were only 1 state away from each other but we never had a chance to linkup. Life happens sometimes. I know you are In a better place out of pain and looking down at all of us keeping watch, Emily, I've never met you but when I talked to Brendan he always spoke so high of you and the love he had for you. I hope you know he will always be looking down on you, keeping you safe. Brendan you were one of the most thoughtful people I have ever known, you would give the shirt off your back in a snow storm for someone. You will forever be missed but never forgotten. Until we meet again keep watch and keep us all safe. We love and miss you. GERONIMO!! AIRBORNE!! ALL THE WAY!!
Until Valhalla!! Save me a seat at the table and we will catch up sometime. Take care.

It was an honor to serve with Brendan. He taught those around him discipline, kindness, humility, sacrifice, courage, and friendship. Brendan was always an honorable man who stood up for those around him and was always a reliable battle buddy and friend. He held a smile when many wouldn't have. He was upbeat and persistent when many wouldn't have been. Cancer may have won the battle, but it did not win the war.
You are missed by many Brendan, but that which you have taught us and the memories you have left us with are with us always. Thank you, farewell, and see you again.

Brendan, You were always a stand up young man in our book. You always had amazingly great manners, and always were looking out for others. We enjoyed every single minute that we spent with you, and only wished now that we could have spent more time together. Both of my boys always share great memories of you, and you always asked about them when we saw you. You had a sense of humor beyond words and I may have even missed understanding some of it. Huge hugs! God sure did select a great soldier to join his army! Love you! The Druvengas-Bry,Blake,Stevo and Lana
