Dorothy Eberhardt

Dorothy M. Eberhardt nee Czapiewski, age 82, passed away March 5, 2017 surrounded by family. She is survived by her loving husband of near 63 years John H Eberhardt. She was born in Chicago, IL. on Jan. 24th 1935. Proud mother of Linda Freshley (Steve Williams), Laura (Jack) Ely & Sue VanEtten. Cherished grandmother of Sara, Lisa, Jacob, John, Robert , Katie and Ellen. Devoted sister of Tom (Georgia) Czapiewski. Preceded in death by her dearly loved grandson Brett VanEtten, brother Jim Czapiewski and sister LaVerne Bajorek. Dorothy was born and raised in Chicago, moved to the south suburbs after marrying John eventually ending up in Homewood.
