GREENSBORO — Frank Junior Orrell, 75, died Friday, March 20, 2009, at Wesley Long Mem- orial Hospital, following a short illness.
The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. on Mon- day, March 23, at United Institutional Baptist Church, 802 E. Market Street, with Dr. Johnny R. Freeman officiating. Burial will follow in the Piedmont Memorial Cemetery.
Frank Junior Orrell is survived by three sons, Clyde Orrell of Springfield, Mass., Franklyn Orrell of Greensboro, N.C., and Bishop Norman Orrell of Rocky Mount, N.C.; three daughters, Sharon Orrell of Springfield, Mass., and Felicia Hunter and Tina Carter, both of Greensboro; two brothers, Joseph Orrell of Torrington, Conn., and Daniel Orrell of Greensboro; two sisters, Georgia Mae Pickard of Greensboro and Elphonsa Crump-Bogan of Danville, Va.; 11 grandchildren, one great-grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 1 p.m. on Monday, at the church.
Woodard Funeral Home is assisting the Orrell family.
