Geraldine "Bait" Rowell: Graveside service for Geraldine Rowell, 82, of Charlotte, NC, formerly of Waverly, AL, will be at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, October 22, 2022, at Mount Traveler Missionary Baptist Church, 1229 South Dawson Avenue, Waverly, AL 36879, Reverend Benjamin Datiri, Pastor.
Mrs. Rowell, who passed away Sunday, October 9, 2022 at Atrium Health Care Facility in Charlotte, NC, was born February 27, 1940 in Lee County, AL.
Public viewing will be Friday, October 21, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Facial covering is required).
She leaves to cherish her memory: eight children: Marilyn Rowell, Cynthia Pate, Curtis Harper, Jerry Harper, Jermar Harper, Charlene George, Charles George, Jr. and Christopher George; two sisters: Clementine Rowell and Everlener Rowell; one brother-in-law, Eddie Pate; one sister-in-law, Belinda Harper; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
