On Thursday, May 8, 2008 age 80 of Oakmont. Beloved husband of Janet R. Fusia. Loving father of Megan (Barry) Wentland of York, PA, Tod (Maureen) Fusia of Tampa, FL and Tyler (Joan) Fusia of Oakmont. Brother of Tom (Betty) Fusia of Oakmont, Edward (Pat) Fusia of Sun City, FL. and the late Donald A Fusia Jr. and Jack L. Fusia. Grandfather of Conor, Cale, Jillian, Jared, Jacob, Jaden, Matt and Andy. Mr. Fusia was a physician in Penn Hills for 45 years as well as the school doctor for the Penn Hills and Riverview School Districts for over 20 years. Friends will be received on Saturday 7-9pm & Sunday 2-4 & 7-9pm at the ENGLISH FUNREAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC. 378 Maryland Ave. Oakmont, PA 15139. A funeral service will be held on Monday at 11am in the Oakmont Presbyterian Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Oakmont Presbyterian Church 415 Pennsylvania Ave. Oakmont PA 15139 or Presbyterian Seniorcare Foundation 1215 Hulton Rd Oakmont, PA 15139.

I just wanted to send my deepest sympathies to the Fusia family for their recent loss. I have many memories of Dr. Fusia from all the years as neighbors on Fourteenth Street and as the school doctor for out high school physicals. He was a wonderful man, father, and physician. All my love and prayers to his wife and their children and grandchildren.

We send our deepest sympathy to the family of our family doctor. I have many memories from that little office on Poketa Road. He even pierced my ears when I was a teenager. My Mom still quotes and follows Dr. Fusia's medical advice in her daily life.
Thanks for taking care of us all those years.
