The family of the late Kathleen Kiernan wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. To those who sent mass cards, sympathy cards, letters, phone calls, and floral tributes. Thank you to Philomena Smith for her beautiful singing and music at both removal and funeral mass. To Gus Clail for his contribution at the funeral. To those who called to the house, attended removal and funeral mass all those who travelled long distances. A special word of thanks to Fr. Liam Kelly and Fr. Jason Murphy for their support and presence through those difficult days. Also for their heartfelt homilies at the removal and funeral mass. To all those who performed Guards of Honour at the church and the ladies who helped out in the community centre. To Declan Finnegan who carried out all the funeral arrangements in such a professional and caring manner. To the gravediggers who prepared Kathleen - s final resting place. To the car park attendants and Garda Sochana who catered so well for the enormous attendance. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our gratitude and sincere appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the mass will be offered for your intentions. Kathleen - s Month - s Mind Mass will be celebrated in St. Matthews Church Drumavaddy on Sunday October 11th at 9.30 am.
