THOMPSON (Luke Anzac):
We have lost our beautiful boy Luke who has passed so young. He has left a hole in our hearts that can never be filled. We just want to hold him and tell him we love him and that everything will be ok.
So much life and cheekiness and charisma and now he will never fulfil all of his dreams. He won't turn 18 or 21 or catch a fish or fly a kite or get married or have children. So utterly sad.
He didn't know the devastation that we would go through with his passing as he was so caring and kind and brave and loyal so the pain and loneliness that he was dealing with most days was simply overwhelming. You will always be with our thoughts Luke. We are very proud of you.
We hope you are resting peacefully.
