Michael Murray Obituary
passed away peacefully on
22nd July 2017 aged 72 years.
The funeral will take place on
Monday 14th August at 10.45am at
St Edward the Confessor, Shenley Church End followed by a Committal
at The Oak Chapel,
Crownhill Crematorium.
By request, family flowers only.

Michael was a very caring person who had time for everybody. He never forgot his roots and stayed true to his beliefs throughout his life. He was a very special person and I was privileged to have him as my big brother. I will miss him greatly while at the same time remembering many great times together.God bless Mick.

I had the pleasure of working with Michael for many years when I was in the press office at MKC. He was a kind, generous, caring boss who supported you in everything you did, even in difficult media issue times. He was a lovely man and I often think fondly of him. My sympathies to his family.

Michael Murray was one of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. He was clever, kind and had a great sense of humour. He was the best CEO that Milton Keynes Council ever had, always had time for his staff, always there to listen. Condolences to his family, a very sad day indeed.
