I am so sorry to hear about the death of Mrs. Downey. I am the daughter (Joy) of Catherine Wagner who lives next door to the Downey's. I remember talking with her about a year ago. She showed me her red hats and told me about belonging to the Red Hat Ladies. She was very friendly and sweet. I would have liked to get to know her better. I live in Penn Hills. I know that she will be missed by Mr. Downey, their children & grandchildren.
