In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

I follow the plan GOD laid for me .
I saw His face ,I heard His call. I took His hand and left it all.
I could not stay another day .
To love. to laugh to work or play.
Tasks left undone must stay that way.
And if my parting has left a void.
Then fill it with remembered joy.
A friendship shared, a laugh,a kiss...
Ah,yes these things, I too shall miss.
My life`s been full, I`ve savored much.
Good times ,good friends, a loved-one`s touch.
Perhaps my time seemed all to brief.
Don`t shorten yours with undo grief.
Be not burdened with tears of sorrow.
