TAUSSIG
RALPH J., Jan. 11, 2007 of Huntingdon Valley, PA. Husband of Sally (nee Gimbel). Father of Andrew (Susan) Taussig, John (Barbara) Taussig and Priscilla Taussig. Grandfather of Alexander, Christopher, Gregory and Matthew. He was a banker specializing in international trade and investments for the past 45 years. A community activist, Mr. Taussig was a WWII Army Veteran who landed on Omaha Beach. As a member of the 29th Infintry Division, he fought in 5 major campaigns in Europe. Relatives and friends are invited to Memorial Services Monday 11 A.M. at Congregation Kol Ami, 8201 High School Rd., Elkins Park, PA. Int. private. Contri-butions in his memory may be made to The Fox Chase Cancer Center, 7701 Burholme Ave., Phila., PA 19111 or to the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum, 100 Raoul Wallenberg Pl. SW, Washington, DC 20024

Ralph, while I acted remote as a boy, I somehow knew you liked me and cared. I have always appreciated that. Today years after your death I write this sorry to have not thought to write it sooner.
