Yvonne L. Frost

Yvonne L. (Flagg) Frost, 98, died Friday, Sept. 16, 2016 at the Baystate Wing Hospital in Palmer. Born in Worcester on June 8, 1918, Yvonne had lived in Wilbraham for most of her life. She was a homemaker and loved spending time at Wickerdale and the Barber cottage at Lake Champlain. She was also happiest when she was at home taking care of her extended family. She was the wife of the late William Frost, and mother of the late Yvonne Hastings and Dr. William Frost, Jr. Yvonne is survived by four granddaughters, Kerri Hastings & Susan Costigan both of South Hadley, Christi Hastings of W. Springfield and Elaine Ross of Pittsburgh, PA, seven great-grandchildren, Alyssa Rodriguez, Jason Hastings, Lauryn Lacroix, C. J. Hui, Joseph Hui, Noah Narciso and Brooke Ross, two great-great-grandsons, Anthony Alindato and Bodhi Eufemia, a daughter-in-law, Lauren Frost, her good friend Karen Miarecki, as well as a niece, several cousins and other family members including Judy Dolloff and her husband Don. Calling Hours for Yvonne will be held on Friday, Sept. 23 from 6-8pm at Nowak Funeral and Cremation Service, 15 Ludlow Ave., Springfield. A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, Sept. 24 at 10am in the East Wilbraham Cemetery officiated by Rev. Winston Baldwin, Pastor, Grace Union Church.
