Longtime Groton resident;

Owner of Pam Boynton Antiques

GROTON -- Pamela P. Boynton, of Groton, died Tuesday, March 7, 2017, at her home with her loving family by her side.

She was born in Scotland, daughter of the late Lawrence and Elizabeth (Kitteredge) Ricard, and was the wife of the late David A. Boynton Sr.

She spent her early life in Scotland before relocating to the United States with her parents. She resided in Milford New Hampshire with her parents before making Groton her longtime home.

Mrs. Boynton was Antique dealer for many years where she owned and operated Pam Boynton Antiques. She was a knowledgeable dealer and had operated her shop for many years. Mrs. Boynton was a well respected person in the antique circle and was called on many times by the public and other dealers in the New England area for advice.

She is survived by her son, David A. Boynton Jr. and his wife, Dawn of Shirley; two daughters, Martha E. Boynton and her husband, Frank Blanchette, and Susan L. Maxwell and her husband, Kelly Ware of Groton; grandson, Ben Maxwell and two great-granddaughters, Zoey and Ava Maxwell; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was also sister of the late Cadis Phillips, Sandy Burkus and Berta Mitchell.

Private Services were held at Groton Cemetery. Arrangements by the McGAFFIGAN Funeral Home, 37 Main St., Pepperell, MA. Please see www.mcgaffiganfuneral.com
