Violet L. James

CLEVELAND: Violet L. James, 88, of Cleveland, OH. and formerly of Marion passed away in her home on Friday, February 12, 2016.

She was born in Marion, OH. on July 19, 1927 to the late Melvin & Cora (O'Neill) Marshall. Violet married Harold James on May 18, 1945 and he preceded her in death on December 26, 1986.

She is survived by a son, Dale James; and two daughters, Patricia Tecco and Janice Parker all of Cleveland, OH; and several grand, great grand, and great great grandchildren.

Violet was preceded in death by a son, Jack James; two brothers; and three sisters.

The funeral service will be held in the Boyd-Born Funeral Home on Saturday, February 20, 2016, at 11:00 AM with burial to follow in the Agosta Cemetery.
