To the Gardners,
I am very sorry to hear of Lisa's passing. Lisa and I graduated from Northampton the same year and played sports together. Even though I did not know her well, I know she had a contagious smile and spirit. It is obvious that she touched many lives and inspired everyone who knew and loved her. May the love of family and friends comfort you now and always.
My deepest sympathy to you,

Lisa read a passage at my cousin's wedding last year. At the reception, she was joyous and full of life, and I was so blessed Jen and Jason had such a good friend to celebrate with them. May your memories provide much comfort, and the fact that so many others remember her with joy bring you lasting peace.

Lisa,
This is such a great loss that words can not express. My thoughts are always with your parents, brother and family. I've gotten to know them all real good through you and want them to know im here for them. You are an angel that taught me many things and looked out for my like an older "sister" would. You showed amazing courageous with your battle with cancer. Ive never met someone who cared/loved her family and friends as much as you did. Your inspiration, bravery, strength, and love for life proved to me you are a true hero. Your one of a kind and will be missed. We will always be together forever, never apart, maybe in distance but never in heart. ill miss you and you will always have a place in my heart.

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa through Kerry. She quickly became part of our group of friends. I always enjoyed talking with her and "catching up." You could always pick up right where you left off when speaking with Lisa. She had that gift. Lisa never complained about being sick. Rather, she was always optimistic about the future. I admire her courage and her faith. Lisa is an example of how we should all live our lives. To her parents, our sincere apologies at the loss of this beautiful person. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family during this difficult time. Lisa will be forever missed.

Mr. and Mrs.Gardner and Family,
I am terribly sorry for your loss. Lisa was such a wonderful person, always there to take care of others when they were in need. She always had a cheerful smile on her face, even during her battle with cancer. She was so brave every step of the way, and even though she is in a better place, she will be truly missed here. I am incredibly grateful for the short time I spent with Lisa at Bath & Body. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Gardner and Family,
We had the privilege of meeting Lisa through Kerry. She attended our wedding and my bridal and baby showers.
Lisa certainly was the type of person that you didn't need to know long to have a huge impression on you.
Her courage, optimism, laughter, and love of life was evident even in what I would imagine were some of the most difficult and painful of times.
We are grateful for having known her. She was truly inspiring, and someone that we hope to be like as we face life's different challenges.
Your Family is in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Mom and Daddy G, Brad, Laura, Carson and Carter,
Words cannot even begin to express the loss we are all feeling right now. I feel blessed to have had Lisa in my life for as long as I did and to have gained a second family over the years.
Memories of Lisa will continue to live on and her spirit will never be forgotten. Lisa was one-of-a-kind; a rare beauty with such a passion and love for life that naturally attracted people to her. It is difficult to believe that she has passed from this world, but easy to believe that she is in a better place watching over us.
Love,
Denise

Dear Ed and Carol and family,
Lisa was not just my boss, but she was one of my best friends. She believed in me, and encouraged me to be more than I believed I could be. She made working at Bath and Body Works so much fun it hardly ever felt like work. It will be so different now, but I know I'll always carry a part of her in my heart. I'll always hear her voice in my mind saying, "You can do this, Jane, " whenever I think I am in too deep. Thanks Lisa, for everything, especially all your encouragment and friendship over these last nine years.

Dear Ed,Carol,Brad,Laura,Mickey,Carson and Carter,
Lisa had the greatest courage I have ever seen. She knew her time was drawing to an end but she never complained or dwell in self pity. Instead she gave her family and friends love and comfort. When anyone one asked "How are you?" She would say good. We all knew she was in pain. She did not want anyone to know. She made the best of each day. She always had a loving smile no matter what. I know she thought the world of her nephews Carson and Carter. As their grandparents Kenny and I will always tell them what a BRAVE and LOVING AUNT LISA they had. She was an angel on earth, and I am positive that she received her wings the moment she entered the pearly gates of heaven. If their is anything Kenny and I can do please do not hesitate to call. We do not know why our loving Lord takes our loved ones away so early in life. One day when, we are all reunited in heaven with our loved ones we will have the answer. We are grateful to have been a part of Lisa's life and family. The day our daughter married Brad, we also got a wonderful family the Gardners! Our prayers and thoughts are with you. With heartfelt sympathy,Kenny & Linda Hummel

As a previous employee of various stores @ the Palmer Park Mall, I wish to extend my sincere sympathy and condolences on the loss of such a familiar face at Bath & Body Works.
My goodness, how fragile life is in remembering her warm and energetic greeting to me as I often came in to browse on my breaks and buy a little something special each time. What a shock for me to see her picture and read of her illness that was unknown to me.
I will hold fond memories of her as a special figure of Mmgmt throughout my years of working in the mall. May God Bless your family w/ his comfort, and bring you strength and peace through the caring of those who crossed Lisa's path along our way in life. How reassuring to know that she now resides in all the splendour & glory of God's eternal kingdom in Heaven. Rest in peace lovely Lisa.

Dear Family,
I have known Lisa for many years growing up playing L.T.A.A. soccer. Although I never had the pleasure to play on the same team as Lisa, I was blessed to know her through my brother, Kelly. When I went off to college, I was able to keep a tab on her here and there through mutual friends but after my graduation I had lost touch. She was such a beautiful person that touched the hearts of so many and will continue to do so in heaven. My deepest sympathy goes out to you all.

Ed I am so sorry for the loss of your daughter, Lisa. I know she put up a brave battle against the dreaded cancer. I know Ed she was the apple of your eye and I know you will miss her dearly. The good Lord has taken Lisa home, where she doesn't have to take any of those awful medicines that sapped her of her strength, where there is no cancer and where she has no more pain. And she is at peace.
