Bobby F. "Bob" Armstrong

Bobby "Bob" F. Armstrong, age 88, of Canton, Ohio, passed away on March 13, 2022 in Ohio. Born on April 28, 1933 in Lower Vindex, Md., he was the son of the late Frederick and Pearl (Stewart) Armstrong. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Timothy Armstrong and Kenneth Armstrong; daughter, Patricia Anthony, stepdaughter; Bertha (Beth) Hackler; five brothers, Harold Armstrong, Henry Armstrong, Frankie Armstrong, Darrell Armstrong, Jimmy Armstrong and a sister, Louise Brady.
Bob is survived by his wife, Maggie Armstrong; his sons, Robert Armstrong (Sherry) and Carl Armstrong; daughter, Debra Mazza; stepdaughter, Maggie McNutt; brother, Tom Armstrong; sisters, Darlene Armstrong (Clarence), Jane Lowry-Walsh and Mary Tusing (Jim). He is also survived by six grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
Bob was an avid fan of the Cleveland Indians and loved hunting and fishing with his family and friends. He retired from Republic Steel in Ohio after his service in the U.S. Army.
No funeral service will be held as per his wishes. A memorial service will be held at a later date and will be announced. Bob will be dearly missed by family and friends alike.
