Christopher Fidler Obituary
Christopher Lance Fidler, 71, of Imperial, NE, passed away Sunday, April 20, 2025 at Great Plains Health in North Platte, NE. Born November 8, 1953 in McCook, NE. Chris was the son of the late C.V. “Babe” and Helen (Cappel) Fidler. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Keith Fidler, sister-in-Law, Virginia Fidler (Flynn) and infant brother, Randy.
Chris worked in the printing business, retiring from The Imperial Republican as production superintendent for nearly 34 years.
He is survived by his brother, Mike Fidler of McCook, NE; son, Zack Pennstrom (Hillary) of Mills River, NC; daughter, Stephanie Bollinger (Don) of Marion, NC; granddaughters, Jordyn Pennstrom and Andie Bollinger; niece, Tiffany Appuhn (Troy) of Palmdale, CA; special family member, Emily Browning (Rob) of Impeial, NE; and multiple cousins, nieces and nephews.
A gathering for family and friends will be held on Saturday, May 3 from 11:00 am to 1:00 p.m. at Liewer Funeral Home in Imperial, NE.
Private family inurnment will be held at a later date.
