David J. VanDevander, 66, of Reliance, passed away at his residence, August 27, 2023.
He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Robert H. VanDevander, Sr., and Shannon O’Mara Hayes.
Throughout life, David enjoyed hang-gliding in his youth, playing piano and organ, drawing, painting, and trout fishing. He was dearly loved by his family and will be deeply missed.
Left to cherish the many memories include his loving wife, Angela Hinton VanDevander; beloved sons, David (Ashley) VanDevander and Matthew VanDevander; brothers, Robert “Bob” VanDevander, Jr., and John VanDevander. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
