Dustin Dorcz Obituary
Dustin was born on September 25, 1988, in Lufkin, Texas, and died Sunday, September 15, 2024, in Houston.
Dustin loved grilling, wind therapy on his motorcycle, fishing, dancing, singing, and was always the life of the party. Most of all, he loved his family. Dustin was a 100% family man. He had many great friends that he considered family as well.
Dustin was a jack of all trades. He was everyone's go to "fixer". One of the hardest working men any of us knew, and would always make it happen for his kids and wife.
Dustin is survived by his wife, Lindsey Dawn Dorcz; children, Haylie Marie Dorcz 18, Madyson Lin Dorcz 16, Bailee Dawn Badeaux 15, Braxton Trey Dorcz 12, Jack Guthery 12, and Kashton Tyer 6; mother, Linda Dorcz; sister, Shalia Tubbs Weaver; and grandmother, Sue Bowman; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Twyla and Ray Musick; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Nathan and Addie Alexander; along with numerous cousins and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Stefan Dorcz; and his beloved "Pappy" Rolland "Shorty" Bowman.
Pallbearers will be Joel McLeroy, Marvin Bowman, Jerry Jones, Gary Jackson, Cody Weaver, Bubba Lout, and J.T. Williams.
Honorary pallbearers will be Chance Bowman, Chase Bowman, Derrick Bowman, Danny Mullins, and Nathan Alexander.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 21, 2024, at Clawson Assembly of God Church, prior to the funeral service.
