Korey was well aware of how I felt about him. They were one of the first families we met when we moved to Kaysville. There´s so much that I want to say so I will try to keep it somewhat condensed. 19 years ago my husband had a massive stroke while we were picking up my daughter in Spokane from college. Korey and Karla immediately went to the high school and got my other daughter out of school and brought her to Spokane to see George in the ICU, and they took such a good care of us but that wasn´t unusual at all. I´ll focus on Korey. In the many years I´ve traveled with them ,stayed at their house, attended. all of the events with them and watched their family grow, I never ever heard Korey say one negative thing about anyone or any situation. Every time I called him which was probably 1000 times over the years he would answer the phone and make me feel like was I was the most important person in the world. His kindness, generosity, incredible love for his wife ,children and grandchildren were unmatched. He was such an excellent role model for everyone whether it was business, personal or through his work with the church. I once told him through all the years I´ve known them he never preached to this well-known heathen but then he didn´t need to because by virtue of the way that he lived his life and conducted himself every single day I learned so much from him. He definitely walked the talk! He lived his life to the fullest and I just wish it could´ve been longer, and the world will never be the same. He left an incredible legacy which everybody I´m sure will agree with when they see his children and grandchildren and beautiful Karla honor him for the rest of their lives. Your fight is over Korey. Rest in peace.
