Lyndon (Lynn) Alvin Johnson, 78, passed away Friday, June 28, 2024, surrounded by family and friends, in Springtown, Tx.
Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, July 1, 2024 at White's Funeral Home Chapel in Springtown, Tx.
Graveside Service: 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at New Hope Cemetery in Springtown, Tx.
Lyndon was born September 15, 1945 in Cleburne, Tx. to Ray and Ruby Doty Johnson. Lynn was a kind and gentle soul, giving
all he had to his family and friends. He was a mechanic by trade and there wasn't much he couldn't fix. He was employed for many
years at Jack Williams Chevrolet. Upon retirement, he loved nothing more than to go hunting, fishing, camping or just talking about either of those subjects.
He had ALL the equipment for any kind of adventure and was always ready to roll!
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Guy Johnson, and his first wife, Joanne.
Lynn is survived by his wife, Mollie Johnson; his son Steven Johnson; brother, Greg Gardner; sister, Shirley Wagner; 6 grandchildren, Breanna, Chelsea,
Gracie, Elizabeth, Jeremiah and Steven, Jr.; dearest friends, Joe and Evelyn Pool and many more friends and extended family.
Lynn will be missed terribly by those who knew and loved him. We'd like to thank the staff at Springtown Park Nursing facility, particularly Kim and her
staff of nurses and the staff of Alpha Omega Hospice for their outstanding care during this most difficult time.
