"Joe" Barron, Jr.

Joseph Stephen "Joe" Barron, Jr., 47, of 304 San Padee Drive, passed away suddenly on Friday, March 2, 2012 as a result of a motorcycle accident. Joe was born January 13, 1965 in Steubenville, OH to Nancy Valles Barron and the late Joseph Stephen Barron, Sr. He was a computer analyst specialist with Extron. Joe was a devoted husband, dad, granddad, son, brother and friend to many, he will be dearly missed.
Funeral Service: 11:00 am, Monday, March 5, 2012 at Raleigh Christian Community Church, 7000 Destiny Drive, Raleigh, NC 27604
Burial: The Town of Wake Forest Cemetery, N. White Street, Wake Forest
Surviving: Wife Susan Hess Barron, Sons Joseph Stephen Joey? Barron, III of Wake Forest, Jeremiah Michael Barron of Zebulon, Step-Son Troy Lee Houser, wife, Alesha and their new baby, Alaina of Blountville, TN, Mother Nancy Valles Barron Ammon and husband, Jerry of Wake Forest, Brother Michael Anthony Barron and wife, Valeria of Franklinton, Father and Mother-In-Law Curtis and Ann Hess of Blountville, TN, A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins
The family will receive relatives and friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Sunday, March 4, 2012 at Raleigh Christian Community Church and other times at the home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be in Joe?s memory to Raleigh Christian Community Church Children?s Ministry.

We will truly miss our good friend Joe. We are reminded of so many happy memories - hiking with Joe and Susan through the mountains the day after a retreat in Asheville area, camping and tubing the James River!, fishing at our pond. Joe was so full of life - a big kid at heart. And so much dang fun to be with! We will miss you Joe! And we're here for you, Susan and the boys.

From the time I met Joe at work he was more than just a co-worker. Because of his loving nature, emotion, and overall "realness" as a person he was without a doubt a friend.
To the family, always know how much he loved you. He spoke very highly and often of you. Our thoughts and prayers are always with you.
