Darryll Brooks Obituary
He was born October 12, 1958 in Akron, Ohio. Although he resided in Las Vegas, Nev. for 10 years, Darryll lived the majority of his life in Akron. He graduated from Buchtel High School and attended Defiance College.
Darryll was preceded in death by his father, Richard but leaves to cherish his memory forever mother, Mary; grandmother, Matilda Jarrett; daughters, Tanisha and Ta'Meka; sons, Darryll, Jr., Kevin, Darkeevin (Ashley), Reginald and Darius; sisters, Mary, Patricia, Jeannette and Matilda; brothers, Richard (Diane), Clifton (Kim), Robert, Mark, Terrance (Towanda) and Destry (Yvonne); and a host of relatives and friends.
Calling hours will be Sunday, Oct. 24, 4 p.m. at Stewart & Calhoun Funeral Chapel with services immediately following at 5 p.m., Pastor J. Michael Martin Sr. officiating. Condolences may be sent to 594 S. Sunsetview Dr., Akron 44320.

I worked with Darryll at Bob Evans 20 yrs ago and I never forgot his sense of humor or his ability to make the room laugh. He will be missed. I am so sorry for your loss.
