Jean Teal

Jean O. Teal VIRGINIA BEACH - Jean O'Hara Teal, 60, of the 3300 block of Rosebriar Court, passed away Aug. 2, 2008, in Virginia Beach. A native of Greenock, Scotland, she was the daughter of the late Rose McAllister. She had worked in the warehouse for American Funds, where she was known as hardworking and loved by all of her co-workers. She will be missed for her fun-loving and happy nature. She is survived by a husband; her sister, Liz Thurman and her husband Alan and their dogs, Precious and Betty; a nephew, Stephen Thurman and his daughter, Amariah Rose; and dear friends, Anne Aronson and Agnes Boult and her family. A funeral will be held Monday at 7 p.m. in Graham Funeral Home, Greenbrier Chapel, with the Rev. Ernest Trueblood officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
